Accept the 100 bucks. You have to start somewhere. It's a reasonable price, let them do what they like with the picture but you still own copyright. Use it to help you get your next job, but we all have to start somewhere. If you start getting picky at this stage you will not progress.Good luck.Jules.

...so you can be sure you are offering only the 'use' of the image for a specified period of time, while you retain the copyright. If you give them total free rein to do as they wish, you could be giving them too much..
Perhaps asking or doing a search in the pro forum might help..

Ithink often posters on this forum are too sensative about the copyright issue. many here seem to optimistacally think that just because they were lucky enough to sell a piture once that it will continue to sell and make them buchets of money. It rarely happens. It can, but is unlikeley. Especially as the picture here does not seem a repeat job..
By being helpful and not difficult to a new client you may well pave the way for a good working relationship for future work. Don't set out being greedy. Set out being generous. it is a good rule for life too..
We often give images away to clients and it has only worked in our favour. 90% of our work is by recommendation. treat your clients meanly and you won't get referred.Just my thoughts.Jules.

Thanks all for the help..
The company has actually turned out to be a real pain and are screwing me around alot..
I ended up sending them the picture for $125 to do what ever they want and they have turned around and said it's not what they want and asked for another..
Ive already given a number of companies use on my photo's for free and ive traveled alot so I guess I would like to finally at least make a few dollars..
I guess it's a lot like realestate...supply and demand..its worth what ever someone is prepared to pay. I dont mind how much I sell them for as long as I get to pick who uses them and for what purpose...
Anybody has experience which can be shared for selling on-line. Of course not via micro-stock ? .
