If the lenses are in good shape, I'd be looking to ditch the faulty camera body and see how low of a price I could get on a used E-500 body to go with them. It's an okay camera and, if it's cheap enough, it might be worth your while..

Get the lenses and get a e330 body only from a ebay store for $400 - much newer and in my opinion a better cam for not a lot more..
Those 2 lenses are probably worth more than the camera body...

I would be leery of sinking good money into a broken and complex item like that. I would get the K100D...

Yes, the lenses will work on both. The camera is made by Olympus, so any "four thirds" lens is compatible. Currently, four thirds lenses are made by Olympus, Sigma, and Leica/Panasonic:http://www.four-thirds.org.
E330 has a few plusses over E500. First off, it's a higher-grade model, so the body is sturdier. Second, it has a "life view" function - you can use it as a digicam, if you like. Third, E330's built-in flash is located away from the hot shoe, so if you get an external on-camera flash, you can shoot with two flashes together (the pop-up flash providing fill light, and the on-camera bouncing off the ceiling or off the wall)..
Or, you could spring for the E510 that just came out. It has both in-body image stabilization and live-view. (Although, it looks like the body-only model won't be available for a couple of months)..

Also put the old e300 body on ebay, you will probably get at least $50 for it towards whatever , as people are starting to want spare parts..
I know you're dying to know how it turned out. I bought a e500 with a 14-45 lens for $439 I'll sell the other lens on ebay, and maybe try to sell the defective camera body as well...
