Try Google's Picasa on http://picasa.google.com/ for free with 1G of space, easy for beginners. Will support NEF and posts multiple files (JPGs)...
Try the website I use-http://photobucket.com/.
I think you will find that website want jpeg only due to the size. reasonable from their point of view..
A conversion program that is in wide use is irfanview.com. does lots of things, and it is free...
I would've thought most would do it. The one I use (Smugmug) is incredibly user friendly..
You need to decided if it's worth paying for the service or not. If you choose a free one, there'll be a few compromises as you'd expect..

Of course flickr allows you to upload multiple photos - you just have to download the uploader from their website..
Take a look also at phanfare - nice full screen display and slideshow, photos as well as videos. It is a bit more expensive than others. Its most distinct feature is probably videos up to 10 minutes in length and 4mb/s bandwidth.JonathanF..

Hi,.
I'm looking for the best photo sharing site that let's you uploadmultiple photos. I'm looking for:.
High storage capacityMulti photo upload rather than one at a timeEase of useAbility to view full screen size picture.
Flickr offers all this.
I wanted to join Flickr but it doesn't let you upload multiplepictures at the same time..
Yes it does..
Is there a program that will help youupload multiple pictures?.
Flickr uploader..
You can even add it to your explorer..
The other thing is that most of my stuff is saved as a NEF filebecause it was shot in RAW. Flickr doesn't let you upload NEFfiles. Does anyone else? If not then is there a program toconvert files to jpeg?.
Capture nx, photoshop, any of the dozen other RAW tools. I'm not aware of any site that handles NEF..
Don't wait for the Nikon D-whatever, have fun now!http://www.flickr.com/photos/j_wijnands/..
You already have some sensible replies..
I am not aware of any site that allows/is geared to cope with NEFs..
Take a look at Zenfolio while your looking round..

It allows multiple uploads through a single Zip archive upload. (Mac/Aperture uses can use a script to export directly from Ap, as a aside here).
Converting your RAW adjusted images to JPG is essential, though, for most hosting sites. What are you using that doesn't have that capability? It's the standard, and I can't think of any of the apps I've used that don't provide such..

You'll have to ignore the gallery's collection of bad compositions, improper exposures, and amateurish post processing. .

I use Flickr, it's great, I am considering upgrading to the a Pro account their as well.Fuji Film S9100..
Copyright terms are a bit harsh in that you're granting them a transferable license, and I didn't see any mentions of privacy controls (ex.non-public images), but for some uses it'd do...
I like Image Event. It's fast and you can upload multiple photos and even use ftp if you have an ftp client, which I do, but the "mega upload" is very easy to use so that's what I use 90% of the time. It also has another way to upload if you only have a few photos. You can upload any size photo and the limit is NOT in megabytes, but by photos, you get 1500 for $24 a year and you can pay a one time fee of the same amount to go to 3000 photos. It presents photos WAY faster than smugmug. You can size your photos as you wish and have them display at several sizes the viewer can choose and pick the one to make the default.
You can see my galleries at the link below. It will display the photos in a slide show which is fast on cable modem. If you uploaded larger file sizes (don't use Save for the Web) then it would be slower.Judy HowleSouthern Exposures Nature Photographyhttp://ImageEvent.com/jhowle..
