Good Lab to develop pictures
Hello again...I know I have posted several different questions, and I appreciate every one being so nice. Here is another one..

I need a good lab to have my pictures developed. If I want to go big like a 16x20 and bigger. I know you can send them off to a lab, but don't know where to begin as far as looking for one. Any suggestions?.

THANKS A TON!..

I use MPIX. I have not done one that large but I have done 11x14 and the quality (given a good initial image) has been outstanding. Prices are fair but they do 2 things that I have not found elsewhere..

1. They deliver the picture FLAT and well protected from the elements so when the nutcase that delivers them puts them on the in the rain they don't get ruined..

2. They have a very simple and easy to use interface for uploading. I have found others not as easy to use..

Hope this helps.

You might want to alter your Profile to say which country you are in or state that in your post. You are more likely to get replies that way..

By professional, I mean you should understand things like color profiles, dpi, and know how to ftp images...

I have to 2nd MPIX. Printed at 16x20 and 20x30 without any problems. The only thing is does your equipment allow you to print that large. I used my D70 and D200 without problems but the images I printed were great exposure and such. As long as the image holds up any printer is good..

MPIX is great and I've just started working with printroom.com and their quality is great as well, just haven't printed anything larger than an 8x10 with them.Photography and Graphic DesignPortfolio - http://www.atlanticexpressinc.comPrints - http://www.atlanticexpressions.com..

I use bayphoto.com.

They're excellent! Their ROES system makes designing, uploading and ordering prints very simple. Delivery is very inexpensive as well as secure. All of the large prints (even canvas) turn out looking great..

Thank you so much to every one that has helped me. I am 100% new at this. I am not in the photography business, but I would love to understand it so I could do my own pictures of my daughters and family. I will definately check out all of the places that was listed here..

By the way...I live in United States/Alabama. I will update my profile..

My camera is an rebel xti...so I hope it can handle the large prints..

THANKS AGAIN TO ALL OF YOU!..
