I am looked at fugi's site to compare the specs with the 1400 and the CCD is the same at 1/2.7 ?
The 1/2.7 inch spec is just the physical size of the CCD, doesn't have much to do with the number of pixels. The 2400 *will* have smaller pixels though, likely meaning poorer low-light performance. (We're just testing the 2400 right now, so no comparative results yet.) The 2400 is a true 2 megapixel camera though. (Our coupon should be up toward the end of next week sometime.)..
I recieved the 2400Zoom as a Christmas gift. When I try to transfer the images to my P.C., it will sometimes work or will give an error of "device not ready". I tried uninstalling all usb drivers from control panel and re-booted. Windows re-installed all the necessary drivers for the usb and I was able to get the images to tranfer. But only for a short while before the dreaded "device not ready" error re-appeared. I tried everything I could think of; using the enclosed software (Exif), using "My Computer", Windows Explorer, uninstalling all drivers & software, using the drivers from the Fuji website, reformating the SM card on the camera...
I know the camera is working, I even returned the camera for another one. I can take pictures and view them on the lcd.
Sorry if I'm long winded, but I'm really frustrated....I'm currently on hold with Fuji tech support (2 hrs so far!!!!!) PLEASE HELP!!!!..
Any difference without a hub or with all other USB devices unplugged prior to and after booting? Or with just the drivers for the camera installed?..
I used to have a Sony Mavica FD7, maily for taking pictures.
On the internet (e-bay), but the picture quality just wasn't.
There, especially indoors. I just bought the Fuji 2400 and.
Am interested in any tips in the simple basics of using the.
Camera, especially taking pics indoors. The LCD is really.
Indoors. How do you use the LCD for inside pics? The flash.
Seems to be way too bright on indoor shots. Is there a trick?.
My Sony had the battery life posted right on the LCD and I.
Loved that. How do you know anything about the battery life.
Left with the Fuji? I'm open to any conversation and.
Experiences with anyone who has a 2400. God bless. Mike..
