Plenty - just have a look at the Canon website!.
Anything between 18-100 mm is great for everyday shooting, it all depends on how much you want to spend..
As a walk around lens, my personal favorite is the 24-70mm f/2.8L - but you'll need to part with a bit of cash to get one....
Probably your best bet, to help with learning the in's & out's of photography & framing shots, etc, is to go for the 50mm f/1.8 mkII lens..
It's a prime lens that's a nice length for shooting most things, and actually makes you think about composition rather than twisting a lens barrel. Another bonus is that it's super super cheap, and super super sharp!http://www.instantphotos.co.nz..

WHAT glass can be bought for everyday shooting like landscapes andnature, people?????.
I had that question and bought a Sigma 17-70, which has macro too (though not true 1:1). It was a good decision for me..
For landscapes you'll want something wide, starting at 17 or 18mm. There are plenty of choices from the expensive 17-40, through the cheaper 17-85 and third party lenses from Sigma and Tamron that have a very wide range. The new Sigma 18-200 OS might be worth looking into but the wider the zoom range, the more compromised a lens is likely to be in terms of image quality..

ANSWER
I've been using the new Sigma 18-200 DC OS lens for the past few weeks since it first came out in preparation for an over seas vacation ( and not wanting to have to change lenses while we're touring). Its not as fast as an f2.8 lens ( nor as expensive) but it's a great compromise.
