Are these features available in any camera?
Hi. I would like to ask you experts if the following features are available in any DSLR or compact, esp in models under 1500 USD:.

- Camera stores one or more IPTC metadata sets (keywords, copyright, location, caption etc.) and writes them to the image files.

- in review mode, camera automatically jumps into 100 percent zoom and to a high-contrast area to evaluate sharpness and noise.

- for quick HDR images, camera rapidly takes 3 or more images in one go, with a difference of at least 3 full stops on the exposure time scale.

Thanks!..

AFAIK, no camera is able to do all that. Keywords are something you write yourself for each of your images - whereas copyright can be fetched from a constant within the camera (which you yourself can define) and location can be created by a GPS-unit (built-in or accessory)..

All cameras delivers EXIF-data though (informations about shutter time, aperture, focal length, ISO etc.)..

Haven't heard of that one either. Usually, the camera shows "fit to screen", and when zooming, it chooses a center square..

This feature is called "bracketing". Alle dSLRs and almost all compacts have that feature..

However some entry level cameras only allow 2 Stops bracketing in each direction...

On the Nikon D200 you can program the function button to zoom in on picture review - though not sure to 100% (where pixellization would prevent genuine evaluation)..
